CAHSS is committed to promoting and developing a vibrant and inclusive research culture. Research cultures are built on the values, expectations and behaviours that shape how we support, deliver and communicate our research, and on an environment that enables everyone involved in research to thrive. Three key documents provide insight into how we are working to support and develop our research cultures in CAHSS:Our College Research Strategy highlights how our goals, policies and guidance aim to instil a culture that is inclusive, promotes diversity and equality, and aspires to the highest standards of research integrity. Our work in CAHSS contributes to and is informed by the University's Research Cultures Action and Delivery Plan. The CAHSS Research Cultures Objectives 2024-25 sets out our priorities and goals for the current year, and was approved by the CAHSS Research Committee in November 2024.
