Celebrating success We want our College to be a welcoming and inclusive community that we’re all proud to be a part of, where we feel supported to succeed and valued for our contributions; where our achievements are recognised and celebrated. Recognition comes in many forms and people wish to be recognised and recognise others in different ways. Take a look at some of the recognition schemes that exist across the College and wider University (login required). One of our fantastic initiatives is a College level peer award scheme. The People of CAHSS Awards (login required) provide us with such a brilliant opportunity to pause and take the time to recognise the incredible people we work alongside, and to thank them for the difference they make. They showcase the positive behaviours that contribute to making our College a great place to work – the teams that are energised by the talents of their members; the colleagues who inspire others. The Staff Experience Team within the College Office run this initiative once per year and celebrate our fantastic community.
