Annual Reviews are an important reflection point for all staff. They provide the time and space to have a good quality, meaningful conversation. They take place once a year and are usually facilitated by your line manager.

The online development toolkit gives you access to a variety of resources to support you. All employees have access to the toolkit - so if you’re looking to prepare for your annual review, approach a challenging conversation or to take part in some CPD this is the place to look.

One of our fantastic initiatives is a College level peer award scheme. The People of CAHSS Awards (login required) provide us with such a brilliant opportunity to pause and take the time to recognise the incredible people we work alongside, and to thank them for the difference they make. They showcase the positive behaviours that contribute to making our College a great place to work – the teams that are energised by the talents of their members; the colleagues who inspire others. The Staff Experience Team within the College Office run this initiative once per year and celebrate our fantastic community.
