Our Office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We offer a phone service Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. 

If you are a current applicant, please allow us to assist you more quickly by having either your UCAS personal ID, or University of Edinburgh UUN, ready when you call.

Postgraduate Admissions Office

You can contact us by telephone on Tuesdays and Thursdays and via our online chat service on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You can also visit us on-campus Monday-Thursday. 

Office closures

  • Wednesday 1 October: Our office will be closed due to staff training. Live chat will be unavailable on this day.
  • Thursday 2 October: Phone lines will not open until 11.30am.
  • Tuesday 7 October: Phone lines will not open until 11.30am.
  • Wednesday 8 October: Online chat will not be available until 11.30am.
